By accessing or using Clan Tracker, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Clan Tracker is a community tool that collects and displays Roblox game data (clan points, rankings, online status, donations) for participating clans. It provides dashboards, graphs, and notifications to help clan members and leaders track performance.

3. Account & Access

  • You must authenticate via Discord and/or Roblox to access restricted features.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected accounts.
  • Access to clan-specific data is determined by your Discord roles or admin configuration.
  • Administrators may revoke access or ban users at their discretion.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to access data you are not authorized to view
  • Abuse, exploit, or overload the service or its APIs
  • Use the service to harass, stalk, or harm other users
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the service beyond normal use
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity

5. Data Accuracy

Game data is collected from public Roblox APIs and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. We make no guarantees about data accuracy or availability. The service is provided “as is.”

6. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uptime or uninterrupted access. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

7. Intellectual Property

Roblox and all related game content are property of Roblox Corporation. Discord is property of Discord Inc. This service is a community project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by either company.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access at any time, for any reason, including violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
