• Discord account info — your Discord user ID, username, and avatar (via OAuth)
• Roblox account info — your Roblox user ID, username, and display name (via OAuth or public API)
• Usage data — your preferences, filters, and settings within the app
• Game data — clan points, rankings, online status, and donation data collected from public Roblox APIs

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide clan tracking, rankings, and analytics features
• To authenticate you and manage access to clan-specific data
• To sync your preferences across devices
• To send inactivity notifications (if enabled for your clan)

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a database. Session data is stored in secure HTTP-only cookies. Preferences are stored locally in your browser and synced to our database when logged in.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. Clan rankings and point data may be visible to other authenticated users within the same clan.

5. Third-Party Services

We interact with the following third-party services:

• Discord — for authentication and notifications
• Roblox — for authentication and game data collection

Each service has its own privacy policy that governs data collected through their platforms.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account exists. Historical game data (points, rankings) is retained for analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting an administrator.

• Unlink connected accounts at any time
• Clear your local preferences by clearing browser storage
